Contribution and Experiment-Sharing Terms

Choose the uses you permit

Main Character LLC operates Roboty. Optional research collection remains inactive pending the focused privacy/license review. These prepared terms describe the selected scope. Actual processors and live handling must be approved before activation. General agreement to Roboty's terms does not enroll you in research or training.

A structured contribution can help us understand where a supported workflow or controller fails, compare conditions and improve evaluation. Ordinary local work remains useful with contribution off.

Structured research

When the service is available and you affirmatively enable contribution, you grant Roboty nonexclusive permission to receive, store, validate, transform, combine and analyze the selected eligible synthetic material for the stated workflow, controller and evaluation improvement purposes, including commercial Roboty products. You retain your applicable rights. You must have the rights needed for material you contribute. This does not grant ownership of all your data or permission for every future use.

Training requires the separate selected model-training permission. Public dataset release, independent third-party training and redistribution are not enabled by either choice. Your permissions and the applicable notice stay attached to the material you contribute. More permissive future choices never silently broaden old contributions or pending uploads. A new category, purpose or recipient requires its appropriate new permission.

Remixes and sharing

Publishing a selected public snapshot permits display of that projection and inspection/remix of supported setup parameters. It does not enroll the author in research or training or license somebody else's trace or notes for those uses. A recipient may contribute their newly generated eligible evidence under their own permission when the inputs permit reuse. Source references and copied evidence are different dependencies.

A setup link contains supported starting parameters. A compatible recipient can inspect it, make an editable local copy and deliberately run their own attempt. That new result is different from copying the original trace or notes. Before sharing changed material, review the rights for any included notes, recordings, models or third-party assets. A public link does not grant blanket rights to those materials. Follow their actual licenses and attribution requirements.

Source withdrawal removes access to Roboty's original public material. Independently generated recipient records are evaluated under their actual rights and dependencies. Ordinary contact messages, beta applications and local exports are not automatically research contributions.

Quality and withdrawal

Contributions are reported evidence. A schema, hash or publication receipt does not certify that a run happened, establish physical safety, demonstrate training value or approve accepted knowledge. Source-dependent derivatives retain their dependencies and purpose restrictions. Reusable findings can outlive sources only where their original rights, nonidentifying character, permissions and published commitments permit it.

Use the experiment's data-choice controls to stop uploads, withdraw future use or delete prior manageable records. Revocation blocks governed future processing and exports. A pending request is not confirmed server deletion. Backup and prior-output handling must follow the reviewed live policy. Withdrawing source data does not necessarily reverse every trained artifact or third-party copy. Those limits do not excuse applicable deletion obligations.

For example, confirmed deletion of a manageable source contribution removes its contributed copy and blocks governed future source-dependent reports and datasets. A separately reviewed nonidentifying finding may remain only under its original reuse permission and 730-day limit. Raw research expires 90 days from original server receipt. A dataset with the separate capture-time longer-retention choice expires within 365 days from that original receipt, not later conversion.

Downloaded public copies cannot all be recalled. A service processing material for Roboty does not gain an independent right to keep or train on it. Backup and already-trained-output handling must be specified before that affected service is activated. These prepared terms do not enable collection or independent third-party training.
